Sacramento Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous (SACYPAA) has one primary purpose—to carry the message to the alcoholic who still suffers. We recognize that not all young people (or the young at heart) will find our meetings or events necessary, and we don’t claim to be the only answer or a governing body in the greater Sacramento area. When anyone, anywhere reaches out for help, we want the hand of Alcoholics Anonymous to always be there—and for that, we are responsible. We do this by unifying young people in the greater Sacramento area and by practicing the principles of A.A. through meetings, events, and outreach.
